As we approach the Spring Garden Ready season we would like to review our ordering guidelines. Please take a moment to review so that we may process your order efficiently and without delay.

1. If you have not ordered before, call, email or fax Four Star Sales, LLC your company information including business name, address (both mail and delivery), phone number, fax number, email and contact person. One of our customer service representatives assigned to your area will contact you.
2. A Michigan tax-exempt form will be sent to you. We require all new customers to fill out this form no matter their tax status before they can order. Fill out the form and return to Four Star Sales, LLC via fax (734-654-2795) along with a copy of your exempt certificate for our files.
3. A minimum order amount is required for free delivery. Your customer service representative will review the minimum order requirements for your area.
4. Orders are only processed 2 days before the shipping date. This is due to availability and status of plant material. Your order may be called in to your representative, faxed or emailed. If you choose the email option, please email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please specify pick up or delivery on the order. If the order is being shipped to another location please include this information as well.
5. Your order will be confirmed and your customer service representative will inform you of any items that may not be available and confirm your scheduled delivery day.
6. Upon delivery or customer pick up of your order please have your payment ready. Four Star Sales, LLC does not extend terms. Cash, check (please make payable to Four Star Sales, LLC), Mastercard or Visa are accepted. We offer a 5% cash discount for all customer pick up orders!
7. Any claims should be reported immediately.
